Tomahawk Bow Reports
|
Tomahawk Bows are hand-crafted longbows designed for anyone interested in archery and bow shooting. Our bows are very popular with 3-D shooters and serious bowhunters. We have designed our longbows to be balanced. They shoot hard and fast, yet remain stable. We believe them to be among the finest longbows available anywhere. Still, the proof is in the shooting, right? In this case, the proof is in the testing.
For those of you who like to crunch and compare numbers, we have some detailed bow test results for you. The tests were performed by Norb Mullaney, of Wisconsin, and "Blacky" Schwartz from Germany. We're sure that you'll find them very informative. Enjoy.
As a side
note, the bows tested were stock bows right off the shelf. These
bows were just as you should expect to receive when you order
one from us. The bow strings were the standard Fast Flight®-Dyneema
hand-twisted Flemish strings that we supply with all of our bows.
The results are posted for you exactly as we received them from
Norb and Blacky. The results speak for themselves, we have not
altered any numbers. We didn't have to. These are honest, straightforward
tests of our "Best of the Best", Tomahawk Bows.

Test Results from "Blacky" Schwartz

The last
test we had done was performed by "Blacky" Schwartz. Blacky is
a self employed consultant and freelance writer who lives close
to Heidelberg in Germany with his wife Danny. They both share
a passion for the Outdoors and especially Bowhunting, which is
not legal in Germany. Danny and Blacky bowhunt mostly in the US
where they belong to numerous bowhunting organizations including
the PBS. Blacky has been doing bow reviews for German magazines
since 1997. The bow test that Blacky performed for us was also
published in the Feb/Mar 2005 Traditional Bowhunter Magazine.
